Enroll In The Bethel Series

Enrollment Fees

A congregation enrolling in the Bethel Series is provided with a lifetime membership. Teaching aids, study helps, administrative materials, and a set of large poster size pictures are included in the one time enrollment fee of $1175.

Conference Fees

The conference fee for the 8-day training seminar is $375. Spouses are encouraged to attend for a special reduced conference fee of $275. Register before June 15, 2012, and receive our early registration discount of $50.

The Edgewater Hotel has provided an unbelievable room and board package for the Bethel Series that includes 8 nights of lodging (based on double occupancy), 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 2 dinners for a total of $715. Private rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $420 for the 8 nights.

The Edgewater Hotel is a five-star hotel that overlooks Lake Mendota and is within walking distance to the State Capitol, the UW campus and the enchanting State Street Mall. We promise that you will never forget Madison’s sunsets as viewed from your space at the Edgewater.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required.

The following enrollment and payment options are available:

Option 1 REGULAR: $375 retainer fee—balance of $800 payable upon attendance at the training seminar. Submit $375 with enrollment, plus $100 conference fee deposit per person to hold your space. ($100 per church is a non-refundable administrative cost)

Option 2 INSTALLMENT: $375 retainer fee—balance of $900 payable at $100 per month beginning in January 2013. Submit $375 with your enrollment, plus $100 conference fee deposit per person to hold your space. ($100 per church is a non-refundable administrative cost)
