The Training Seminar for Leaders
Madison, Wisconsin - July 21-25, 2014
A significant feature that sets the Bethel Series apart from other Bible programs is training.
An integral part of the program is the Training Seminar which provides an overview of the Old and New Testaments and trains leaders in the administration of the program, thereby ensuring the continued success of the Bethel Series in your church.
To enroll your church in the Bethel Series and register for the Training Seminar, please complete our Enrollment and Registration Form today!
If your congregation is already enrolled in the program, please complete our Bethel Series Registration Form to register our pastor, other staff members, or formerly trained Bethel teachers in our Seminar.
Dr. Robert Smith has served as our principal instructor for several years. "Bob" is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. He served in the U.S. Navy and practiced law for eleven years before being called as Minister of Word and Sacrament. He attended Columbia Seminary and Lexington Seminary for his theological training. Bob has served as the pastor of churches and as a faculty member at Columbia Seminary where he organized and directed the Lay Institute of Biblical Studies. His background in the secular world, his theological training, his experiences as a pastor of churches, his implementation of the Bethel Series program in four different churches, have all served to develop an outstanding instructor for the Bethel Series Training Seminar.
